In this role, you will support the efficient management of store inventory by maintaining stock accuracy, ensuring timely deliveries, and coordinating effectively between departments, logistics partners, and warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing goods in the store or warehouse. Verify incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery challans. Inspect shipments for damages, shortages, or discrepancies. Maintain accurate records of inventory and stock movements. Perform regular stock-taking and reconcile physical stock with system records. Monitor stock levels and inform supervisors of low-stock items. Coordinate with logistics partners for timely scheduling and loading of vehicles. Maintain documentation such as GRNs, delivery challans, and other warehouse-related forms. Generate daily and weekly stock and movement reports for internal and management use. Prepare and issue materials as per internal requisitions or customer orders. Ensure proper labelling, storage, and shelving of items. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse/store environment. Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies or stock issues. Support inventory optimization and space utilization initiatives. Assist in packaging and dispatch processes as needed. Qualifications Diploma or equivalent degree. 2–3 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Good knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in a team-based environment. Basic computer skills: experience with inventory management systems is a plus. Working Conditions Full-time, warehouse/store-based position in Bangalore. Physical activity such as lifting, moving, and organizing stock is required. QUALITY · To ensure utmost customer satisfaction. · To co-ordinate with other department in the treatment of patient. · Report and record any incident. · Follow infection control practices · Ensure no delay in service at every point of care E. INVENTORY MANAGEMENT · Check the functioning of all equipment’s. · To see that all stocks are used diligently and records are maintained properly. · To ensure bio medical equipment’s are maintained properly. · Indenting & refunding to be done carefully. · Documents evidence should be maintained while transferring of equipment to other units F. REPORTING · Indenting & refunding to be done carefully. · Daily information of day today activities. · If any incident happen in the OPD.
